To surprise Cassidy for Valentines day i cooked a gourmet lunch. We had steak, twice baked potato, garlic cheese biscuits and strawberry spinach salad, yum, yum!! Then for desert i dipped strawberries in chocolate and order a piece of cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. And of course to top it off IBC root beer. It was a hit, after almost every bite Cassidy would say "This is so good!" It was a success, so now you ladies know that the real way to a mans heart is a good home cooked meal!!

Ok..now we have to do a trade off. If you make that I will trade you some cinnamon rolls. You are such an awesome cook (I would know after living with you;) and I miss it. Especially when that means that I have to cook every night now. You tell Cass that I said he is one lucky man!!
